The report shows that Perfect achieved operating revenue of RMB 1.535 billion in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 18.20%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was RMB 115 million, turning from a loss of RMB 77 million in the same period of 2024 to profitability. Meanwhile, net cash flow from operating activities reached RMB 213 million, up 53.50% year-on-year.

In terms of revenue structure, the oral cleaning and care business was a key component of Perfect's 2025 revenue. In 2025, this segment achieved revenue of RMB 1.037 billion, up 23.00% year-on-year, with a gross margin of 24.40%, an increase of 1.76 percentage points year-on-year. The annual report disclosed that the company produced 397 million toothbrushes in 2025, up 2.81% year-on-year; and sold 447 million units, with sales volume increasing 5.65% year-on-year. The toothpaste category achieved full-year revenue of RMB 162 million, surpassing the billion-yuan mark for the first time; meanwhile, toothpaste production reached 89.3183 million units, up 182.75% year-on-year, and sales volume reached 89.0740 million units, up 183.31% year-on-year.

From a market layout perspective, Perfect's overseas market achieved revenue of RMB 812 million in 2025, up 3.62% year-on-year, with a gross margin of 26.99%. The domestic market achieved revenue of RMB 710 million, up 41.32% year-on-year, with a gross margin increasing 3.27 percentage points to 23.90%. The growth in the domestic market was mainly attributed to the implementation of the company's brand unification strategy and the growth of online channels.

In terms of financial and cost control, Perfect's R&D expenses in 2025 were RMB 56.7162 million, up 25.37% year-on-year. The design achievements of the R&D center successively won the German "IF" Design Award and the Italian "A' Design Award". As of the end of 2025, the company held a total of 29 invention patents, 129 utility model patents, and 198 design patents. Administrative expenses decreased by 10.74% year-on-year to RMB 55.5952 million, mainly due to a decline in fund management fees and the expiration of depreciation on some fixed assets. Net cash flow from operating activities reached RMB 213 million, up 53.50% year-on-year.

Perfect plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.27 per share (including tax) to all shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year. Combined with the interim dividend of RMB 0.08 per share already distributed, the total cash dividend for 2025 amounts to RMB 35.157 million, accounting for 30.63% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company.
