DentalGoodNews|On August 4, 2026, Relu, a dental AI technology company, announced a strategic investment of $1.75 million (approximately RMB 11.81 million) from the Dental Innovation Alliance (DIA). This funding will support Relu's expansion in the U.S. market and leverage AI technology to automate dental laboratory design and administrative processes, addressing the shortage of technical personnel.
According to public information, Relu's current main products include the dental AI design platform Relu® Automate and the 3D anatomical modeling tool Relu® Creator. Among them, Relu® Automate can generate AI-assisted design solutions for multiple scenarios, including dental models, dental crowns, orthodontic models, and implant planning. Relu® Creator can generate digital 3D anatomical models based on patient medical imaging.
According to Relu's disclosure, the company's business currently covers multiple countries worldwide and is continuously expanding its presence in the North American market. Relu previously completed a €2 million seed round financing in 2023, with participation from DIA and CareCapital, to advance the commercialization of AI dental software and international market expansion.

According to previous reports by DGN, Relu's dental 3D anatomical modeling tool, Relu® Creator, received FDA and CE certification in 2024. In addition, the investor DIA has recently been continuously deploying in the dental digital field, having successively invested in the cloud imaging platform SOTA Cloud and the AI document processing platform DentalBee.
