DentalGoodNews|On September 11, 2026, U.S.-based AI dental management platform Archy announced the completion of a $50 million (approximately RMB 336 million) Series C Financing, led by JMI Equity. The funding will be used to accelerate the development of five AI agents covering financial and clinical workflows, and referenced the impact of dental industry staffing shortages on practice operations.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in San Jose, California, the company was co-founded by Jonathan Rat and Benjamin Kolin. The company positions its product as a "System of Action," emphasizing the replacement of multiple legacy systems and fragmented tools with a cloud-based integrated platform.

In addition to lead investor JMI Equity, existing investors participating in this round include TCV, Entrée Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, CRV, and Alven. A JMI Equity press release stated that the company's cumulative funding to date totals $97 million (approximately RMB 651 million).

Compared to the model of layering AI add-ons onto legacy systems, the platform embeds artificial intelligence directly into core modules such as scheduling, records, imaging, and payments. The AI agents currently deployed and in development primarily cover five areas: Archy Revenue (automated insurance claims and collections), Archy Scribe (hands-free SOAP note generation), Archy Verify (real-time insurance verification), Archy Connect (automated patient appointment management), and Archy Insight (in-depth operational data analytics).

According to official disclosures, the platform currently serves 1,000 dental practices across 45 U.S. states; the practices it serves "care for millions of patients," and it states that it processes over $300 million (approximately RMB 2.013 billion) in payments annually. Feedback from Cranfill Dental in Colorado shows that by automating administrative tasks through AI agents, its single-doctor, four-operatory practice can achieve operational efficiency approaching that of larger organizations.

According to previous DGN reporting, the company completed a $15 million Series A Financing in October 2024, and secured a $20 million Series B Financing led by TCV in October 2025.

As of press time, the company has not disclosed specific valuation information following this round of financing.
