The brand stated that it has gradually transformed from an oral implant material supplier to a digital oral full-process solution partner, and has established strategic cooperation with the US-based BioRes and Italy's Leader Medica, forming a dual-line layout of implant introduction and accessory production.

It is reported that the "Master Implant" solution consists of three parts: the BioRes "Master" series implant, the "Master" custom mirror-surface abutment, and the "Zhenmei 3D Master" crown, aiming to reduce the probability of biological and mechanical complications from the product side. Among them, the BioRes implant uses Carpenter Grade 4 cold-worked pure titanium material, with a strength exceeding 860 MPa; clinical research from West China Hospital of Stomatology shows a 6-year implant success rate of 99.05% and a 5-year irreversible mechanical complication rate of 0% (data as of November 2025).

The custom mirror-surface abutment undergoes nano-level mirror finishing, with a connection precision to the implant of less than 1 micron; according to the brand, this design helps reduce plaque adhesion and lower the incidence of Peri-implantitis (PI). The "Zhenmei 3D Master" crown material uses a globally unique interlayer bonding technology, with a strength of 800 to 1200 MPa and translucency of 43% to 51%, which can reduce the probability of porcelain chipping and fracture.

The brand stated that the "Master Implant" restoration solution was officially launched in November 2024, and as of the end of May 2026, cumulative sales of the entire product line have exceeded 200,000 units. Market data shows that in 2025, Besmile's implant accessories had a high domestic market share, and in Private Dental Practice, its custom abutment usage rate remained a mainstream industry standard.

In addition, the company reached an exclusive distribution agreement in China with Italy's Leader Medica at the beginning of this year, and simultaneously became its officially certified processing center (the third global accessory production base), fully responsible for the precision machining and quality control of the LM series implant system accessories. According to reports, in May 2026, Besmile completed data integration with Leader Medica's original factory, enabling the production of original factory abutments, central screws, restoration accessories, and tool components in accordance with original factory precision requirements, while also providing assembly and after-sales technical support.
