DentalGoodNews|On June 9, Chamlion was interviewed by DENTALGOODNEWS (Leading Dental Industry Media, DGN) during the 30th Sino-Dental, introducing three exhibited products: Arcmile® Laser Cladding Titanium Framework, Eversmile® Ultra-Micro Cladding Denture, and NCL-M100 Dental Metal 3D Printer.
It is reported that the Arcmile® Laser Cladding Titanium Framework uses medical implant-grade titanium material, with clasps that can be concealed for aesthetics, unaffected by MRI and CT scans, and easier for elderly patients to insert and remove. In terms of data, the brand stated that the Arcmile® titanium framework weighs only half of a traditional Cobalt-Chromium framework, with a thermal conductivity of 6.7-7.2 W/(m·K), lower than the 14-18 W/(m·K) of Co-Cr alloy.

The Eversmile® Ultra-Micro Cladding Denture is suitable for fixed restoration of partial edentulism, solving the chipping issue of traditional porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns; artifacts during MRI scans do not affect clinical diagnosis. The brand stated that Chamlion's current overall monthly denture shipment volume is 2-3 million units, with a daily volume exceeding 100,000 units, and the Eversmile® Crown has sold over 50,000 units per month within six months of launch.
The NCL-M100 Dental Metal 3D Printer is targeted at the overseas market for small-batch personalized customization. According to the brand, the product has a maximum build size of φ100×80mm, with optional laser power of 300W or 500W, supporting materials such as pure titanium, Titanium Alloy, and Co-Cr alloy.
Beyond products, the company also plans to jointly release a new removable framework product with Professor Yu Haiyang's team from West China Hospital of Stomatology on July 12.
