Currently, the InsideDesk platform is utilized by MB2, one of the largest dental partnership organizations in the United States. According to the announcement, MB2 has improved visibility into revenue cycle performance and identified additional collection opportunities through the platform. Clint Ellenberg, Chief Revenue Officer of MB2, stated that InsideDesk helps the team more efficiently recover insurance Accounts Receivable across the entire organization.
Meryeme Lahmami, Partner at Pender Ventures, noted that scaling revenue cycle management is one of the major operational pain points in the dental industry, and InsideDesk's AI platform can automate manual workflows while delivering clearer return on investment for DSOs.
