DentalGoodNews|On October 13, 2026, oral 3D Printing company SprintRay released its digital dental platform, which includes the wireless full-color Intraoral Scanner Foundation and the accompanying scanning software ScanOS, the Chairside printing, washing, and curing system Nano Series, as well as restorative resin developed in collaboration with GC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as GC).
Regarding the scanning segment, co-founder and chief executive officer Amir Mansouri (Ph.D.) stated that previously, scanning and printing relied on third-party integration connections, and clinics still needed to switch between different systems. According to the company, Foundation is the first Intraoral Scanner built for ScanOS. ScanOS is integrated with a cloud-based console, and scan files are stored in the cloud, requiring no separate export or upload after scanning, with scanning, design, and production using the same account and interface.
On the printing side, the Nano Series includes NanoPrint, NanoWash, and NanoCure, used for printing, washing and drying, and curing, respectively, with NanoPrint using a 385-nanometer light engine. The company states that its ecosystem has cumulatively produced more than 20 million dental components, and company analysis shows that more than 80% of Chairside printing tasks involve a single patient and a single case. In addition, the Nano Series supports more than 16 indications, and the entire set of equipment occupies less than 72 centimeters of countertop space.
In terms of materials, the company and GC announced the already launched GC GRADIA® PREMi hybrid ceramic restorative resin, which can be used for permanent restorations such as single crowns, Inlay, onlays, and veneers, adopting high-density micronization (HDM) and full silane coating (FSC) technologies, developed for the Midas digital printing machine workflow.
