The announcement disclosed that the company expects to publish its 2025 interim results (for the six months ended September 30, 2025) and FY2025/26 results (for the year ended March 31, 2026) around the end of September 2026.
In terms of business operations, the announcement stated that despite the company's shares having been suspended from trading since December 1, 2025, dental clinics and hospitals under Arrail Group have continued normal operations. As of the announcement date, the group operates 110 dental service points in mainland China, including 100 dental clinics and 10 dental hospitals, with a total of 1,461 dental chairs installed.
Operational data shows that during the period from April 1 to June 30, 2026, Arrail Group recorded a total of 507,612 patient visits, representing an increase of approximately 4.4% compared to the same period last year. Among these, the premium brand "Arrail Dental" recorded 126,158 visits, while the mid-range brand "Rytime Dental" recorded 381,454 visits. According to previous reports by DGN, Arrail Group had disclosed that total patient visits for FY2026 were approximately 1.973 million.

Regarding the progress of the independent investigation, Arrail Group stated that investigators have essentially completed the final phase of interviews with relevant current employees. At present, the independent investigators have consolidated the factual findings and prepared a draft report, with the final investigation report expected to be submitted to the Independent Investigation Committee in early September 2026. Subsequently, the company will submit the draft report to the Stock Exchange for review.
Meanwhile, the company's independent internal control review has also achieved phased progress. The internal control consultant has essentially completed on-site work and provided improvement recommendations for identified deficiencies. The company is currently implementing remedial measures based on the consultant's recommendations, while the consultant is concurrently conducting follow-up reviews to assess the implementation status.
In terms of talent reserve and customer loyalty, as of the announcement date (September 1, 2026), Arrail Group had a total of 3,177 full-time employees; as of June 30, 2026, the number of dentists was 969. The company continues to invest in AI-assisted diagnosis to enhance operational efficiency. During the same period, the group's "loyal customer" repeat visit rate was approximately 46.7%, an increase of 1.2 percentage points from 45.5% as of June 30, 2025.
Arrail Group stated that the company currently maintains sufficient cash reserves and smooth cash flow conditions, adequate to meet daily operational and project planning needs. The company's shares will continue to be suspended from trading until the relevant results are published and inside information is disclosed.
